Broomfield young professionals have an upcoming chance to network with others over drinks — virtually, of course.
Helping Young Professionals Evolve, or HYPE, is a program of the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce that creates events for individuals ages 21 to 40 in Broomfield and the surrounding area.
HYPE is hosting a free, remote happy hour from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 9, with Broomfield North Metro Kiwanis Club as a guest.
Happy hours feature community guests “where you can learn about another local business and how they may be able to help you, your contacts, or your business,” the event webpage says.
Those who attend are invited to bring their favorite drink of choice and be prepared to offer a short introduction.

HYPE also will host a virtual Lunch and Learn networking event from noon to 1 p.m. March 9, featuring a speaker and the chance to work on professional development.
