An earthquake of magnitude 4.9 occurred in the morning on Tuesday 19 January 2021 at 8:56 am local time near Palu, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, as reported by Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG).
