Two people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after reports of shootings over the weekend, according to Portland police.
Police have not said whether anyone has been arrested or what might have led to the shootings, or whether they are connected.
At 11:51 p.m. Saturday, police arrived at the 5000 block of Northeast Killingsworth Street after the report of a shooting. Police found a man with a gunshot wound in a home there.
At 12:26 a.m. Sunday, a man on the 14000 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard was found to have a gunshot wound. Police said it was not self-inflicted.
In both cases, police said that there is no threat to the community, but offered no other details.
