LEWISTOWN (Heart of Illinois ABC) - Multiple cell phones, baby clothes and a green pacifier are just some of the evidence the prosecution plans to present in the murder trial of a Canton woman accused of killing her infant daughter, according to court documents obtained by Heart of Illinois ABC.

Joslynn Graham went before a judge Tuesday by video at the Fulton County Courthouse. Two months ago, she pled not guilty to two counts of first degree murder in the October death of six-month-old Emery Lyons.

During this Tuesday’s hearing, Graham’s attorney Nick Cotta asked for more time to review and seek additional evidence. State’s attorney Justin Jochums already turned over the prosecution’s initial evidence.

In those documents, prosecutors lay out a full list of witnesses they intend to call, including several Canton Police Officers and the baby’s father. The prosecution also plans to present medical records, surveillance video and 911 calls at trial.

Graham’s attorney says he will continue to meet with Graham to piece together their case. Graham is being held at the Fulton County Jail on $1 million bond.

The judge set her next court date for January 6.
