TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Roughly six hours after officers initially made contact with the suspect, Myrick Rittman, 30, surrendered and was taken into custody without further incident, according to a statement released by the City of Tallahassee.

Additionally, Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene to offer assistance with their K9 unit.
